As an HR Admin intern at PlanCover, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). You will work closely with our HR team to support various HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the implementation of HRIS systems to streamline HR processes
2. Supporting the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
3. Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
4. Assisting with employee training and development initiatives
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
6. Assisting with performance management processes and employee relations
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed
