About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
2.Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
3.Job Posting and Advertising: Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
4.Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
5.Onboarding Support: Facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiation, background checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
