Human Resources (HR) Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Fly Lite Recruitment, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition. We are looking for an intern who is proficient in spoken and written English, as well as skilled in MS-Excel and MS-Office.

1. Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating company events and employee training sessions.
3. Help with onboarding new hires by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
4. Assist in creating and maintaining HR reports and data analytics using MS-Excel.
5. Contribute to projects related to employee engagement, performance management, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including organizing files and maintaining databases.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience at Fly Lite Recruitment.
