As a human resources (HR) intern at ATZA Digitally, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting HR operations by maintaining employee records, handling paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies
3. Collaborating with team members to organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and recognition programs
4. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees
5. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
6. Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as organizing files, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries from employees
7. Participating in onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and training programs
