About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on recruitment.
2. Working on induction.
3. Handling training.
4. Working on core HR activities.
5. Working on employee database management.
6. Handling leave and attendance.
7. Working on HR and payroll software usage.
8. Working on HRIS software client handling (to get real-time experience in HRIS software implementations).
9. Working on day-to-day operations.
10. Working on client management.
11. Overseeing team coordination.
12. Working operations management and MIS.

The selected intern will be directly working under the expert guidance of the founder/CMD of JSMTPL, hence this will be a tremendous learning opportunity working under a highly experienced professional.

Note: This is a full time bangalore office based internship. The candidate must be present in bangalore for the interview and must come to our bangalore office for face-to-face interview.
