Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open positions.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update candidate records in our recruitment database.
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
5. Draft job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract candidates.
6. Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as organizing files and documents.
7. Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word to create reports and presentations for HR initiatives.
