About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Understand HR department functions by learning about the various roles, responsibilities, and processes.
2) Assist in updating internal databases by maintaining accurate employee information, particularly for ERP implementation.
3) Support statutory compliance efforts by ensuring all HR activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.
4) Provide assistance with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
5) Organize and manage HR documents by maintaining employee records and other related files.
6) Facilitate communication by assisting in employee interactions regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
7) Help plan and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
8) Analyze HR data by assisting in the preparation of reports and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
