About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting in sourcing candidates for open positions, screening CVs to identify suitable profiles, conducting first-level HR interviews, arranging interviews with functional managers, validating candidates' documents before releasing recruitment offers, and onboarding new joiners
2. Maintaining employee record files in both the HRMS tool and physical personal files from joining to relieving
3. Managing monthly attendance records, maintaining leave records, and updating them on the HRMS tool monthly
4. Supporting in organizing team engagement activities
5. Assisting in updating HR policies and SOPs
6. Supporting in conducting POSH awareness training for employees
