About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent sourcing & screening: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to source potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and fit for Refit Global's culture.
2. Interview coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, collaborating with hiring managers across departments to ensure a streamlined process.
3. Candidate engagement: Communicate regularly with candidates, providing feedback and updates throughout each hiring stage.
4. Offer process management: Facilitate the offer and negotiation process, balancing candidate expectations with company guidelines.
5. Onboarding coordination: Support a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and department leads, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into Refit Global.
6. Database & metrics management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment databases and generate reports to track hiring metrics.
7. Employer branding & outreach: Represent Refit Global's brand at recruitment events and engage with potential talent through various outreach initiatives.
8. Compliance & HR practices: Adhere to company policies and recruitment best practices, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

4. are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Noida, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines effectively.

6. Knowledge of recruitment practices and HR policies.
