MintSkill HR Solutions LLP is seeking a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter - Talent Acquisition intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of talent acquisition.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Actively searching, sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including Internal database, job boards, social media platforms, WhatsApp, etc.
2. Call the prospective candidates and generate interest and screen for eligibility and interest
3. Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to the strict deadlines
4. Work on cold calling candidates, clients to meet the hiring requirements
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
7. Provide support in creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per joining).
