HR Recruiter Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
2. Create and update comprehensive job descriptions for open positions
3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates
4. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
7. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
8. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment partners
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies
