HR Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help with the onboarding process of new joiners
2. Work on employer branding through Glassdoor and LinkedIn coordinate for Linkedin posts and get them posted by the social media team and internal branding processes
3. Create an employee engagement calendar for various activities
4. Manage announcements on Keka (Ketto s HRMS)
5. Maintain required data and share with the management as required
6. Demonstrate empathy to the colleague s situation and speak in a manner/tone the colleague can understand and relate to
7. Support change programs and initiatives
8. Come up with and help organize employee engagement and cultural programs and initiatives

Requirements:

1. Graduation in any field, preferably in human resources
2. Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets
3. Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements
4. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time management in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills required
6. Sense of ownership and urgency to support business and employees
