About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules
2. Participating in organizing employee engagement activities and events
3. Assisting in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to identify areas for improvement
4. Providing administrative support to the HR department by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents
5. Assisting in organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation
6. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, policies, and practices
7. Conducting research and analysis on HR-related topics to support decision-making and strategic planning

4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus
