Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in script writing and research for podcast episodes
2. Conduct interviews with guests and experts in various fields
3. Record and edit podcast episodes using audio editing software
4. Work closely with the production team to brainstorm ideas for new content
5. Help promote podcast episodes on social media platforms
6. Attend team meetings and provide input on improving podcast quality

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per video).
