1. Assisting in prospecting and generating potential leads through various channels and establishing connections with the goal of driving business
2. Carry out consultative selling strategies by pitching our services to customers, handling negotiations, and finalizing agreements
3. Running quick, hacky experiments with guidance from the leadership team to test out strategies, operationalizing high-impact bets/business initiatives
4. Contributing with growth hacks to enhance sales strategies, constantly thinking of ways to generate new leads, trying different approaches to pitching, and carrying out research to identify potential clients
5. Ability to think on their feet and understand the customer's pulse to pitch right
6. Showing persistence, displaying the ability to take rejections and not let them affect the next prospects
7. Being diligent in follow-ups, taking ownership of every single lead and taking it to closure
8. Becoming an integral part of a small growth team with ownership and autonomy for managing things directly, working closely with the seasoned founding team and gaining hands-on experience
