Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working with the service excellence team for creating visual content (visual process flows, working manuals, instructional videos).

1. Excellent UX (research & design) and visual communication skills
2. Ability to convert textual information into a consumable visual format and story-telling
3. Capability of assisting UX research & design projects
4. 2D animation & video creating/editing skills are a plus
5. Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
6. Willingness to pick up new skills as and when required
7. Self-starter and quick learner
8. Should know Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect)
9. Animation software knowledge is a plus
