Graphic Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Schedule projects and define budget constraints
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
6. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
7. Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
8. Test graphics across various media
9. Amend designs after feedback
10. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
11. Create and deliver digital content for marketing campaigns across web, email, and social platforms, print and television - adhering to existing brand guidelines
12. Carry out day-to-day design requirements
13. Create artwork of high quality and print-ready standard
14. Clearly communicate and share ideas, influences, and inspiration
15. Work collaboratively, efficiently, and accurately, keeping up to date on the latest trends
16. Support the creative director on larger projects across the business, including brochures, direct mail, design, brand theme development, etc.
17. Effectively take direction, work collaboratively, and participate with other designers, producers, editors, and the creative director
18. Create and design logos for new programming, concepts, and shows
19. Design and create graphics for on-air promotion, as well as internal presentation
20. Continually experiment to develop styles and learn new skills required to solve creative problems
21. Deliver projects within tight timeframes that meet brand standards
22. Manage full creative optimizations (scheduling, producing concepts and assets, testing, reporting)
