About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing visuals for social media posts, banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
2. Updating and adapting existing designs to meet new specifications.
3. Sourcing and organizing stock images, icons, and design assets.
4. Staying updated on design trends to generate fresh and creative ideas.
5. Editing raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, or other platforms.
6. Adding transitions, effects, subtitles, and graphics using tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
7. Creating motion graphics for intros, outros, or social media content.
8. Formatting videos for different platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).
9. Ensuring all videos meet quality and resolution standards.
10. Collaborating with the creative team to align edits with the project's goals.
11. Adapting videos based on feedback from supervisors.
12. Using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, and Resolve proficiently.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 150 per design).
