About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Live session coordination: Coordinate and manage the scheduling, logistics, and technical aspects of live sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and according to the established timetable
2. Customer engagement: Address any concerns or questions they may have, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a smooth customer experience
3. Query resolution:
a. Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently, either via email, chat, or phone
b. Provide clear and concise explanations or instructions to help customers
4. Operational efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes related to live session management and customer support
5. Collaboration and communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including moderators, and the technical support team to ensure seamless coordination
6. Maintain effective communication channels to relay customer insights, operational updates, and improvement recommendations
