This is an individual contribution role (to start with) meant to be a multiplier for the founder. You will work on a variety of org-wide projects responsible for 0 to 1 PMF and growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company
2. Working on 0 to 1 initiatives taking the lead in different areas of the company such as operations, design, growth, marketing, etc.
3. Building strategic partnerships, designing go-to-market strategies, and establishing critical business opportunities
4. Talking to customers, get feedback, and constant iterations
5. Working on strategy is great - but operationalizing projects when they don't have a clearly defined owner has a higher impact

Culture and work:
1. 5-6 days work in the office from Banaswadi, Bangalore
2. We are a small Gen Z team working together 6 days a week
3. We work between 11 am to 7 pm
