2. Learn and oversee the tech stack, including Shopify, Shiprocket, and Wati.
3. Streamline demand logistics for efficient operations.
4. Handle inventory management to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
5. Conduct market research, including price laddering, competitor analysis, and new product suggestions.
6. Oversee social media management to enhance brand presence and engagement.
7. Address customer attrition by implementing effective retention strategies.
8. Research and suggest improvements for CRO, SEO, and paid ads.
