Field Sales Internship

As a field sales intern for our new tea brand, your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with tea shop owners and vendors in designated areas, gathering valuable market insights and promoting our brand. This hands-on role involves conducting field research, introducing our tea products, and building relationships with vendors to drive brand awareness and sales.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Field Visits: Visit a minimum of 20 tea shops/vendors daily in assigned areas to gather real-time market data and engage with potential partners.
2. Vendor Interaction: Conduct interviews with shop owners, managers, and staff to understand their current tea offerings, customer preferences, and openness to carrying our tea brand.
3. Product Sampling: Distribute tea samples of our brand to shop owners and vendors to introduce them to the product and highlight its unique qualities.
4. Data Collection: Document detailed feedback and insights during your visits, including vendor responses, customer behavior, and any relevant observations.
5. Report Submission: Submit daily reports summarizing findings, key trends, competitor activity, challenges, and potential opportunities for market growth.
6. Market Analysis: Research local competitors, their pricing strategies, and promotional efforts, providing insights into the competitive landscape.
7. Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for our tea brand, ensuring all interactions are professional and contribute positively to the brand's image in the market.
