About the internship
Rajendra Polymers is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality packaging materials, serving a wide range of industries, including textiles and food. We specialize in providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join our sales team as Field Sales Interns.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Market Research & Lead Generation:
1. Conduct research to identify potential clients in the textile and food industries.
2. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and online research.
b. Client Interaction & Support:
1. Assist in scheduling and attending client meetings and presentations.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
c. Sales Support:
1. Learn about packaging products and support the sales team with presentations and quotes.
2. Help create sales materials and product documentation.
d. Sales Reporting:
1. Assist in tracking sales activities, preparing reports, and updating CRM records.
e. Field Sales Activities:
1. Accompany sales reps on field visits (Might include different cities visits within Tamil Nadu) and customer follow-ups.
2. Participate in trade shows and promotional events.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of revenue generated).
