About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute equity sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
2. Build and manage your own team and P&L, ensuring profitability and growth.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and retail investors.
4. Promote and sell equity and related financial products, including stocks, ETFs, and derivatives.
5. Stay updated on market trends, economic data, and equity research to provide clients with timely insights and recommendations.
6. Identify and onboard new clients while retaining and expanding the existing client base.
7. Collaborate with research teams to deliver customized investment solutions for clients.
8. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of equity sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during all client interactions.
10. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
11. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
