Event Management Internship

As an intern at Beyond Pheras, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of wedding planning and event management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Client Servicing:
1. Assisting in maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs.
2. Helping manage client communications, queries, and feedback.

b. Vendor and Artist Management:
1. Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and artists to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
2. Assisting in the selection and management of vendors and ensuring quality standards are met.

c. Event Operations:
1. Supporting the team in event execution, from planning to on-site management.
2. Assisting in coordinating logistics, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations during events.

d. Office Work:
1. Preparing and updating client presentations, cost sheets, and contracts.
2. Assisting in drafting contracts, handling administrative tasks, and preparing client proposals.
3. Attending internal and client meetings, taking notes, and ensuring action items are tracked.
