Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. In office:
a. Handling RSVP calls.
b. Creating presentations.
c. Preparing meeting minutes.
d. Assisting in client meetings.

2. Event coordination:
a. Ensuring the team's timely reporting.
b. Executing tasks from the lead coordinator's to-do list.
c. Following up with vendors.

Work schedule: 5-day work week.
3 days in the office (IGNOU Road, Delhi).
2 days work from home.
On-ground presence required during events.

Work hours: Flexible, 6 hours/day (11 AM - 5 PM), not applicable on event days.

Compensation: 8,000/month stipend + 1,000/day for on-ground event work.
