About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting venue visits
2. Coordinating with vendors and the internal team on pre-event preparations
3. Planning travel/accommodation and managing the event budget
4. Coordinating venue logistics
5. Coordinating with vendors
6. Planning and coordinating event logistics
7. Providing regular updates to all stakeholders on the day of the event
8. Offering technical oversight on event-related activities on the event day
9. Coordinating post-event wrap-up
