Engineering (Technical Support) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be a single point of contact for our rail product production issues
2. Communicate externally and internally to drive the resolution of the issue in a timely manner
3. Conduct and publish RCA for all critical production issues
4. Provide hands-on expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
5. Be hands-on with SQL database to read/write data for troubleshooting and resolution of data issues
6. Coordinate and drive bridge calls with external and internal teams
7. Coordinate with the development team for the resolution of code issues
8. Demonstrate a high level of ownership while handling production issues
9. Troubleshoot issues, verify in a lab environment, restore services with confirmed resolutions, and update the results
10. Communicate internally with developers, QA, and field engineers
11. Update issues in a timely/kindly manner, and leverage collaboration tools like email, web chat and CRM tools
12. Coordinate planned and unplanned releases and production backup processes

Skills and other requirements:

1. Fluent written and spoken english skills, able to use english to communicate with worldwide peers
