Engagement Expertise Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and execute engagement for a digital community of teachers
2. Monitor user behavior, and engagement to make changes and execute the plan
3. Identify individual user pain points and tailor experience for users
4. Develop engagement strategies - researching and developing engagement strategies that are tailored to the needs of the teacher community
5. Manage conversations on the app - responsible for managing conversations on the app by creating content that encourages engagement

5. Ability to interpret online customer engagement metrics
6. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s or Master s degree program in marketing, communications, Psychology, or a related field
7. Proficiency in social media and communication tools
8. Passion for learning and education
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
10. Creativity: Need creative and out-of-the-box thinkers who can help continuously raise the quality of project management skills
