Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant stories, visuals, and messaging to showcase Motilal Oswal's culture and values.
2. Assist in creating, posting, and monitoring content across various social media platforms.
3. Support employer branding campaigns to promote Motilal Oswal as an employer of choice.
4. Create materials and communications to build awareness of Motilal Oswal's internal branding properties.
5. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
6. Generate ideas to continuously improve Motilal Oswal's visibility.
7. Help track and measure the impact of campaigns on internal and external platforms.
