About the internship
Role Overview:
As a P2E Project Intern, you will be actively involved in the execution of the UNICEF-YuWaah P2E Project. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with educational institutions, facilitate training, and ensure that young participants across India complete certified courses that will aid their future employment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. College & School Outreach: Identify and connect with colleges, CBSE and non-CBSE schools, and other educational institutions to enroll students into the P2E certification programs.
2. Enrollment & Coordination: Enroll students, guide them through the registration process on the P2E platforms, and ensure they complete the required certification courses.
3. Training Support: Facilitate the certification process, provide technical support to students, and assist them in navigating the training portal.
4. Centre Setup: Assist in the creation of training centers in assigned locations, following the provided format and guidelines.
5. Monitoring & Reporting: Track student progress, manage databases, and ensure that 600 students are certified monthly. Submit timely progress reports.
6. Documentation & Photography: Capture geo-tagged photographs of training sessions with visible UNICEF P2E banners/standees and ensure accurate documentation.
7. Community Engagement: Create awareness in local communities about the importance of employability skills and promote the P2E program.

Other requirements
1. Education: Pursuing or recently graduated in a field related to Education, Social Work, Management, or related fields.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple institutions.
3. Organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking student progress.
4. Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
5. Technology: Must have access to a smartphone and/or laptop with internet connectivity.
6. Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one regional language.
7. Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10 per certified students).
