About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn for IT sales and staffing opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and ensure satisfaction.
3. Plan and execute campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
4. Create engaging content, optimize paid ads, and tailor strategies to target specific audiences.
5. Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to improve results.
6. Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and optimize campaigns for better reach.
7. Manage social media interactions, handle feedback professionally, and increase engagement.
8. Leverage bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer for project acquisition.
9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and marketing execution.
10. Adhere to platform policies, privacy regulations, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
