Data Entry Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enter data into various systems (e.g., CRM, databases) from paper forms, electronic documents, and scanned images
2. Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness
3. Utilize advanced Excel formulas and functions to manipulate, analyze, and format data
4. Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and chart
5. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors
6. Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with an accuracy of 95%
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Experience in a data entry or related role is a plus
