The role involves close coordination with multiple teams, focusing on the development and maintenance of a systematic data reporting schedule. The objective is to facilitate data-driven decision-making, enhancing the efficacy of our volunteer programs and perform key programmatic/Operational tasks.
Key responsibilities:
1. Aggregate data from multiple sources and own the daily/weekly/monthly reporting for key metric tracking and associated deep dives
2. Transform and cleanse data as needed, resolving any inconsistencies or errors to create a reliable dataset for analysis
3. Strategize & streamline operational requirements for various clients and internal teams

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience in business analysis/statistics

Hands-on experience in creating & maintaining dashboards, reports and presentations-Preferable
