1. Prior Experience 0 - 6 months
2. Bachelors Degree and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3. Must be a self-motivator and self-starter
4. Exceptional listening and analytical skills
5. Solid time management skills
6. Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
7. Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
8. Should be able to work in a High-Pressure environment
9. Excellent communication in English and Hindi
10. Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam languages are an added advantage
11. Basic knowledge of Accounting and Billing is a Plus
12. Flexible with 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational 6 week-offs in a month
13. Immediate joiners are given first preference
