About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
2. Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
3. Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
6. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience.
8. Continuously update personal knowledge about company products and services to provide accurate information.
9. Handle customer feedback professionally and use it to improve processes and services.
10. Assist on ad-hoc projects.
