We are looking for a customer service representative, who will bring an energetic and data-driven approach to achieving goals for one of the fastest-growing start-ups. You will be the face of the company and should have the dedication to provide exceptional customer service experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Familiarizing yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
2. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
3. Handling customer inquiries and complaints
4. Providing information about products and services
5. Resolving customer issues
6. Monitoring customer accounts
Requirements and skills:
1. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
2. Proficiency in English
3. Willing to work a 24-hour shift
4. Interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
5. Ability to build rapport
6. Time management and planning skills
7. Students pursuing B.Com/BBA
8. Prior startup experience is a plus
