Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback via various channels (email, phone, chat, social media) promptly and professionally
2. Assisting customers in resolving issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance
3. Recording interactions, issues, and resolutions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to maintain accurate records
4. Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information
5. Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and collecting feedback to improve services
6. Compiling reports on common customer issues, feedback trends, and frequently asked questions to help improve products/services or support processes
7. Contributing to or updating the knowledge base with new solutions, FAQs, or troubleshooting guides to assist both customers and the support team
