About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to potential and existing clients through inbound leads and referrals.
2. Understand client requirements and tailor your approach to meet their specific needs.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
4. Provide engaging and informative product demonstrations to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
5. Address client questions and concerns during the demo, ensuring clarity and confidence in the product.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to create and present customized solutions to clients.
7. Assist in the negotiation and finalization of deals, ensuring all client requirements are met.
8. Work towards closing deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
9. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure all questions are addressed post-demo.
10. Support clients during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
11. Gather client feedback to share with internal teams for continuous product improvement.
12. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, demos, and deals in the CRM system.
13. Provide regular updates to the sales team on progress and client feedback.
14. Collaborate with other departments, such as product and marketing, to align client needs with business objectives.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (completed or ongoing).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.

3. Ability to learn and understand product features and communicate them effectively to clients.

4. Confidence in delivering product demonstrations and handling client queries.

5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

7. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.

8. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
