About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interact with SmartWinnr customers during the pilot, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
2. Address all customer queries and act as a consultative partner.
3. Stay updated with the latest changes and releases in SmartWinnr.
4. Assist in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: MCA, BCA, MTECH, BTech in IT, CS, or related branches.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Ability to learn and use software systems like SmartWinnr effectively.
4. Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
5. Results-driven, self-starter with strong motivation and persistence.
6. A passion for helping others and providing exceptional support.
