Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
3. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
7. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per client on-boarding).
