Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, such as phone and live chat
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible
3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
4. Participate in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
5. Adapt to changing shift schedules and maintain flexibility in work hours
6. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and issues
7. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolutions
9. Share insights and best practices with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
