About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in maintaining cordial relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and promptly managing new inquiries.
2. Engage with interested prospects, booking meetings and ensuring timely follow-up.
3. Coordinate across teams to ensure on-time project deliveries and alignment with client requirements.
4. Support the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records, and tracking progress on client interactions.
5. Follow up on payments and seek approvals, providing regular updates to the sales team.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
7. Analyze client engagement metrics and prepare insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
8. Undertake special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the sales manager.
