About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Communicate effectively in English and other languages as required, ensuring clarity and understanding. Address customer issues, provide solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
2. Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems, offering step-by-step assistance to resolve their issues. Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate records of all inquiries and resolutions.
3. Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers, helping them navigate the company's products or services. Use basic computer knowledge to manage customer support software, update databases, and maintain records.
4. Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and report common issues or suggestions to the management team for continuous improvement. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
5. Training & Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and new technologies. Apply learned skills to improve customer support efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Multilingual Support: Utilize knowledge of other languages to assist non-English-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the same level of support as English-speaking customers. Translate customer queries and responses when necessary to ensure clear communication.

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in regional languages: Preference for candidates who can speak Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam fluently in addition to English.

2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, especially in handling customer queries and resolving issues.

3. Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a friendly and professional tone.

4. Empathy and patience: Candidates who demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

5. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, processes, and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

6. Problem-solving ability: Candidates who can think critically and find effective solutions to customer problems, showing initiative and resourcefulness.

7. Team collaboration: Preference for candidates who work well in a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
