3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Coimbatore

1. Proficiency in regional languages: Preference for candidates who can speak Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam fluently in addition to English.
2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, especially in handling customer queries and resolving issues.
