About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing and verifying customer profiles to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the information provided
2. Performing checks to confirm customer identity and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
3. Addressing any discrepancies or issues related to profile validation by coordinating with customers and relevant teams
4. Collecting essential information from customers to better understand their needs, preferences, and expectations
5. Maintaining organized and accurate records in the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
6. Updating client information regularly to keep records current and facilitate personalized service
7. Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about our offerings
8. Providing product/service demonstrations, training, or resources as required to enhance their understanding
9. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address onboarding questions or concerns promptly
10. Conducting in-depth research on client industries, market trends, and competitors to gather insights and improve service quality
11. Analyzing customer data to identify patterns, preferences, and potential areas for improvement
12. Using insights from research to support marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives
