About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Stay in constant touch with consumers and potential consumers
2. Make outbound calls to existing customers to qualify leads and upsell products or services & handle inbound enquiries
3. Respond to service calls and ensure a smooth experience for customer who raise service requests
4. Respond to queries on multiple community channels & ensure prompt responses are made
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
6. Maintain customer records and databases
7. Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Excellent phone and presentation skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office
Earn certifications in these skills
