Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
3. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
6. Assist in updating and maintaining customer databases
7. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team
