About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Customer Interaction and Support
1. Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Providing Information: Assisting customers by providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
3. Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure prompt and effective solutions.

b. Sales Support
1. Assisting Sales Team: Supporting the sales team by providing customer insights, preparing sales reports, and assisting in lead management.
2. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling during customer interactions and communicating these opportunities to the sales team.

c. Order Processing and Tracking
1. Order Management: Assisting in processing customer orders, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
2. Order Updates: Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders, including any delays or changes.

d. Documentation and Reporting
1. Report Preparation: Preparing regular reports on customer interactions, issues resolved, and overall customer satisfaction.
2. Documentation: Ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented, including details of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.

e. Coordination with Internal Teams
1. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure customer requirements are met.
2. Escalating Issues: Escalating complex customer issues to senior management or relevant departments when necessary.
