Customer Experience Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage all proactive and reactive channels for customer conversations like Whatsapp, emails, and calls
2. Run campaigns to gain feedback or offer content/ discounts to customers; track results (e.g., repeat purchases) and optimize
3. Answer incoming customer queries and automate/fix as many workflows/processes as possible to ensure >99% of our customers are happy
4. Convey an aggregate view of customer likes & dislikes to the team to improve products or launch new products/variants

Requirements:

1. Smart freshers or UG/ PG students
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
3. >80% score in Class X and/or Class XII
4. Ability to work in an agile manner and a hunger to learn
