About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Replying to customer questions about buying or selling on WhatsApp and Instagram in a polite and friendly way
2. Following up with customers to keep things moving smoothly
3. Keeping a record of customer interactions, leads, and updates in an organized way
4. Sharing a daily summary of completed tasks, pending work, and customer updates
5. Finding new customers by being active in WhatsApp/Facebook groups and other online communities
6. Arranging item pickups, shipping, and other related tasks to ensure smooth logistics coordination
